Pest control
Pigeon and bird control
Pigeons are not scared away, they are shut out. Sonic devices and decoys work for two weeks before the birds learn to ignore them; the lasting answer is closing roosting and nesting places physically. We survey the façade and map the roosting points, remove nests and droppings, clean and disinfect the area, then fit the right barrier for each point: stainless spikes on ledges and parapets, netting over light wells and openings, tensioned wire along long edges, and guards on external AC units. Pigeon droppings are acidic and eat paint, metal and AC pipework, and in food warehouses they count as a direct contamination source.
Pigeons excluded with spikes, netting and wire on façades and AC units, with nest removal and droppings disinfection.
